All apparel and accessories are final sale items.
Printed shoes are eligible for size exchanges only. Exchange size must be within 2 sizes of the original size ordered. Anything more than 2 sizes different will be considered an error on the customers behalf and will not be eligible for an exchange.
Please email email@example.com for return instructions. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be eligible for an exchange.
Glitter and Deluxe Shoes
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Items must be returned within 10 days of the date received. Bibbidi Bobbidi Bling will not accept any returns after 10 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returned items must be unworn with box (if applicable) and all packaging. Defective items MUST be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit so please look them over and try them on as soon as you get them. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Merchandise can be returned via mail to our office. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
We do not do exchanges on glitter or deluxe shoes. Our reasoning is simple. Our shoes are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. All new orders are subject to the current turnaround times.
Prior promotional pricing or discounts used when the original order was placed will not be honored for a new order.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
